How you progress in yoga is dependent on how consistent you are with your practice. It is recommended that you stretch daily, and attend at a minimum of 2-3 classes per week, so that each cell, muscle and ligament in your body begins to learn and remember the information passed to it regularly.
With consistent practice, within a short period of time, you will begin to see the difference in your physical and mental state.
Class progresses at fast pace with focus on movement and advanced postures. Modifications and variations of each posture are presented enabling students of all levels to participate in this class. Yoga techniques, body alignment, breathing techniques, yoga terminology is still a part of this class. Meditation is a part of the yoga practice.) |
