Umang Goel is a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.  To ensure instructor excellence, Umang has over 200 hours instructor training and even more hours through workshops and instruction in various types of yoga (Haath Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Restorative Yoga). Umang has been a student of Pranayam and Meditation practices through basic and advanced courses at Art of Living foundation.  An important foundation to Umang’s philosophy is that spiritual aspects of yoga are essential and goes hand in hand with the physical practice (She also brings her life coaching skills into her practice). She practices and teaches yoga, pranayam and meditation 7 days a week, with enthusiasm, passion and joy
