No matter where you are in your body, this yoga class is for you, even if you can’t sit on the mat. We will take you from ground zero and train you to become more flexible, stronger and more balanced. These classes are especially to introduce complete beginner students (others are also welcome) and are attended with pre-signup by messaging (925)819-6327.

No matter where you are in your body, this yoga class is for you, as long as you are able to sit on the mat. We will take you from ground zero and train you to become more flexible, stronger and more balanced.

Sat at 9 AM: Breathing and Meditation
Pre-Enrollment is needed for this Life Transforming class.

Standard Class Schedule: 

  • All classes are 1 hour long. The time block shows the start time only. You can place your cursor over the schedule time block, and you will be able to see the duration of the class and details.
  • Some classes are by Sign Up ONLY and are mentioned in the class schedule. Please message or call (925)819-6327 to see availability of these classes.
  • Below the Standard Class Schedule is Holiday Schedule.
  • Fridays 10 AM session is taught by Yoga Teacher Trainee only during training, and is for existing Wellness Haven Students ONLY.

Teachers In Training Schedule:
Friday 10 AM class, when in session, is taught by teachers in training for experience purposes only. These are held only when we have a Teacher Trainee ready to conduct a class.

Major School Breaks & Holidays
3 times a year (Spring Break, Summer Break, Winter Holidays) we see  major shrinking in attendance, which falls completely the first month of summer right after School break, as people leave on major vacations lasting anywhere from 4-6-9 weeks, and we plan our breaks accordingly. These are the times we provide a link to the schedule spreadsheet (as in spring and winter) where we want you to mark your attendance in or announce a break from our regularly held classes (as in the first 4 weeks of summer break).  Please make sure that you look at the announcements for these times of the year.

5:30 PM classes are for Gentle Yoga Students (knee issues, wrist issues, shoulder issues, unable to sit without support, unable to use their wrists to be on all fours, recovering form injuries and surgeries), and those who are unable to attend any other classes on the schedule. Our goal is to bring new gentle yoga students into this class, train them to get them ready for other yoga classes and nudge them into other sessions where they can progress and grow. We always ask our Gentle Yoga Students  who only attend these classes for their attendance in advance, so that we can hold sessions whenever they are available and do not hold on days none of them can attend. Any student can attend these classes provided a class is in session. Please call or message Umang in advance to make sure that a class is in session if you are not being notified through group messaging.
