Ek Pada Rajkapotasana is a pose that has a myraid of benefits to the entire body. It is a hip and chest opening pose. It works on all the hip flexor muscles like the psoas, and rectus femoris, hip rotator muscles like the gluteus medius and minimus, as well as groin muscles. It works on the arms and the entire leg. It stretches the chest  and the shoulder muscles. It truly encompasses every aspect of the body. Experienced practitioners love this pose. But whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, you can do this pose as there are modifications for this pose at all levels of yoga  in all Wellness Haven Yoga Classes held at San Ramon location.
