Wellness Haven's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program requires its "Teachers In Training" to practice teaching Yoga once they have shown their readiness to teach a yoga class, so that they can build their confidence. We offer these classes to our existing students as "extra classes" at times when classes are not offered to support the teachers in training. Those who come to take these classes need to be completely aware that these teachers in training do not have their certificates yet, and that they are practicing teaching to gain experience and confidence.
