These specialized Kids Yoga classes are exclusively held for independent children 4 years – 12 years in age. Children learn breathing, meditation, chanting and yoga asasnas. Adults are not allowed in this class. These classes are not offered to those coming through outside deals.
Kids are trained one on one or in groups so that they can follow adult classes with their parents.
