Types of Classes at Wellness Haven

Yoga is a way of life, of the highest kind. It is a profound integrative practice with healing benefits. At Wellness Haven we offer classes suitable for everyone, whether you have any prior yoga experience or not. We are especially focused on yoga for women, even though everyone is welcome in our classes, and including men and independent children.
When yoga asanas are combined with our Breathing & Meditation Program, as well as our 12 week nutrition program, it becomes a perfect combination for healthy living.
