Rate Yourself as a Customer

We welcome you to rate yourself as a Wellness Haven Customer/Student buying Wellness Haven Services and Product. And yes, just like customers rate businesses, we also rate our customers – it helps us filter in good and filter out bad 🙂

It is very important for Wellness Haven to have the customers who are a right fit, for we have built a heart driven community of individuals who are compassionate, positive thinkers, health conscious, and do not blow up at the drop of a hat. Either you are well on your way to becoming one for you have a desire to change or you are already one  – we welcome both open heartedly.

But if you are someone who has no desire to change your negative thinking, behavior patterns or attitude, please take yourself to one of the many yoga studios out there. We wish you all the best. Unfortunately, even though it is extremely rare, we do get one of you. Remember a heart felt apology goes a long way.

1.  Are you a Policy Breaker?
Once you buy our service, do you follow Wellness Haven Policies? We understand that policies are yet something more on our list of things to do; that is why we are upfront with you as a new student. Once you are aware, there will be no issues.

But are you someone who intentionally chooses to forget Wellness Haven policies in spite of it available for you to read at our website with full knowledge that before you approach the business with any concern, the first thing to do would be to read? Do you approach Management with an agitated and closed state of mind, with a belligerent and threatening attitude? You are someone who is not a good fit for Wellness Haven. We wish you all the best to another studio who want to simply increase the number of their students. We honor quality.
Give yourself the following rating: “An Extremely Bad Belligerent Customer.”

2. Are you a Haggler?
We understand that we all want the cheapest price available and we respect that. So we have no issues your asking us what discounts we have. We will be glad to offer you any currently available discounts.

But are you someone who continues to ask for more and more even after hearing about the available discounts? You are a haggler. We wish you all the best to another studio who want to simply increase the number of their students. We honor quality.
Give yourself the following rating: “A Very Bad Haggling Customer.” 

3. Are you a FREEBIE?
We understand your wanting to come in with an introductory fee for you want to understand us better first. We honor that and that is why we offer such introductory rates every so often.

But are you someone who is intentionally deceiving and just a FREEBIE? Are you someone who came in simply because we were offering a very cheap introductory rate, already knowing that you have no intention of continuing with Wellness Haven even if you like the services? We do not allow you to have another FREEBIE again. You are someone who is not a good fit for Wellness Haven. We wish you all the best to another studio who want to simply increase the number of their students. We honor quality.
Give yourself the following rating: “A Very Poor FREEBIE Customer.”

3. Are you discourteous with your behavior at Wellness Haven?
We do not understand this behavior at all.

Are you someone who is leaving chewing gums under the mat? Is that how you treat your own home as well? You are someone who is not a good fit for Wellness Haven. We wish you all the best to another studio who want to simply increase the number of their students. We honor quality.
Give yourself the following rating: “A Very Unethical Discourteous Customer.” 

4. Are you someone who is always untimely with your payment?
We understand that sometimes things get in the way; that is why we ask you to pay get on auto-payment plans with us. Those who buy our heavily discounted annual plan, do not have to worry for the whole year. You can also pay online through our website with paypal from our “Let’s Go Shopping page.” 

But are you someone who consistently delays payment even though you continue to attend our classes? We would like you to get back on track. Just think how would you feel if your employer delayed your salary. We value you as our customer and simply would like you to get back on track.
Give yourself the following rating: “A Still-A-Good Customer of Wellness Haven.” We love having you; just want you back on track! <3

5. Are you someone who pays on time, does not haggle, comes with a smiley face, builds community, understands the value of keeping good health?
1) Stays – Values Wellness Haven and the programs available.
2) Pays – Whose accounts are up to date & does not haggle – our fee is our fee.
3) Values Health: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual – builds community, stays smiling, is easy going.
Give yourself the following customer rating: “An Excellent Customer of Wellness Haven.” We love having you; just want you to refer us to your family and friends as well. <3

6. Are you someone who follows all the criteria listed in #5 above and understands the value of Referrals?
1) Stays – Values Wellness Haven and the programs available.
2) Pays – Whose accounts are up to date & does not haggle – our fee is our fee.
3) Values Health: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual – builds community, stays smiling, is easy going.
4) Refers others – Spreads the philosophy of Wellness Haven and their referrals stay and pay Wellness Haven offered fee.

 Give yourself the following customer rating: “An Ideal Customer of Wellness Haven.” We love having you. Period. <3

7. When you are an Ideal Customer/Student of Wellness Haven and refers the maximum number of fully paying customers, you get our Wellness Haven Award – yes twice per year someone is chosen for this award 🙂
