Gentlest Yoga Level 0 – with Sign Up Only

Who is this for: – This class is for those who have not exercised in years and want to start moving. – Those recovering from injuries and surgeries and have been recommended by their doctors – Those who have completed their sessions with physical therapists and yet need help. *** Held exclusively by appointment only

Energetic Yoga Level 3 & 4 – with Sign Up Only

Who is this for: Intermediate and Advanced level Stretching, Strengthening, and Balancing Exercises on the mat. All ages are welcome. What to expect in this class: Starts with a Breathing exercise on the mat Followed by Intermediate and Advanced Level Yoga poses Followed by blissful shavasana, peaceful chanting, laughter yoga. Your stiff limbs will be released.

Skype Yoga Session – Limited Access

This session is for those who cannot make it to the studio.

Exclusive Yoga for Independent Kids

This class has been scheduled for independent kids 7 years and up to learn all the yoga asanas that will make it easy to transition into our adult group yoga classes. We are very experienced in this process as we build students through our Exclusive Summer Yoga classes and transition them into regular classes.

Revv Up Your Metabolism – Walk Your Way To Health

In this class, we will be walking and using our arms in one spot in the room to revv up our metabolism and burn calories. This will especially help those who are unable to do advanced aerobic yoga poses to burn calories.

Freestyle Yoga

Students will be able to use this time to practice poses on their own and ask questions
