Who is it for? This is 90 minutes devoted to healing yoga in a group environment and work on body parts in a slow and steady manner listening in to the needs of each individual.

Complete Beginner Yoga Class: This class is for those who are able to work without back support of a chair. We use the wall for support for all balancing poses and for some other sitting down poses. This class teaches you the various beginner level yoga poses on the mat, staying away from the intermediate level
