Beginner Flow Yoga Class:
This class is for those who are able to work without back support of a chair. We do use the wall for support in some balancing poses or sitting down as well. This class teaches you the various beginner level yoga poses on the mat as well as introduces you to the intermediate level poses, so that you are always progressing at your own level. This is a combination of static as well as flow class. This class is like the Beginner Slow Flow Yoga Class except that it is at a faster pace and is enjoyed by students rearing to get some workout as well in the morning.
