Bliss Yoga:
This class has been especially designed for those who are feeling fatigued and want a peaceful, joyful, restful time as they gently stretch their limbs lying on their mats on their backs, tummy, and sides for 30 minutes and then simply rest on their back with the soft pillows for support and gentle music and restful words from our Gurus. This class is also for our students who want to simply rest after a tiring day at work. Blissful Shavasana.
