Who is this for:
We decide which class to teach based on the students coming to this class.
Gentle Yoga students are those who can move their limbs and are more at ease on the chair and at the wall for balancing poses but can also do poses on knees on the mat.
Easy Yoga students are those who do not need the chair for support.
Easy Stretching, Strengthening, and Balancing Exercises on the mat, and against the Wall for Everyone. All ages are welcome. No experience required. But one must be able to use their knees, sit straight on the mat without support, and be able to balance.
What to expect in this class:
Starts with a Breathing exercise on the mat
Followed by easy stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises on the mat with soft bolsters, neck pillows and cushions to support the natural body arches, balancing poses at the wall.
Followed by blissful shavasana, peaceful chanting, laughter yoga.
Your stiff limbs will be released. You will wonder why you did not do this class before!
The difference between Gentle and Easy Yoga is the use of chair in Gentle Yoga and without chair in Easy Yoga and is for students transitioning from Gentle yoga to yoga asanas on the mat without back support of chair.
