Who is this for:
Intermediate Level Stretching, Strengthening, and Balancing Exercises on the mat with introduction to more advanced poses. All ages are welcome.
For those who understand that each yoga pose can be broken down into Beginner to Advanced steps and are comfortable taking the pose to their body’s capabilities. Umang thrives in showing baby steps of each pose and taking it all the way to the final pose.
What to expect in this class:
Starts with a Breathing exercise on the mat
Followed by Intermediate Level Yoga poses
Followed by blissful shavasana, peaceful chanting, laughter yoga.
Your stiff limbs will be released. You will wonder why you did not do this class before!
