Wellness Haven Yoga Classes begin at MDI WellnessCenter, Walnut Creek

The close knit yoga community that Wellness Haven is so well known for is now available in Walnut Creek.
Please note that students will not be able to mix the classes in the 2 locations.

Our classes begin Thursday, May 22, 1 PM – 2 PM.

The first 2 weeks are promotional weeks to introduce Wellness Haven Yoga to the Walnut Creek Community.

• If you like close communication with your instructor
• If you like practicing yoga in a safe and joyful setting where students know each other
