What should I bring to Wellness Haven Classes?

What to bring to the Wellness Haven classes?

Yoga:

  1. Yoga mat even though we keep our own yoga mats spread out at the studio for structure. We do recommend that you bring your own mats for hygiene purposes; you will be able to spread your own mat on top of ours.
  2. A water bottle is recommended.
  3. Stretchy, breathable clothes.
  4. Your SMILE :)

Meditation/Pranayama/Mudra workshop:

  1. Comfortable clothes.
  2. Any pillow you might want for yourself, although we keep those at the studio as well.
  3. A water bottle is recommended.
  4. Your SMILE :)
