Who is this for:
– This class is for those who have not exercised in years and want to start moving.
– Those recovering from injuries and surgeries and have been recommended by their doctors
– Those who have completed their sessions with physical therapists and yet need help.

What to expect in this class:
Starts with a Breathing exercise on the chair
Followed by very gentle stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises on the chair, at the wall
Followed by blissful shavasana, peaceful chanting, laughter yoga.
Your stiff limbs will be released. You will wonder why you did not do this class before!
The difference between Gentlest Yoga and Gentle Yoga is that those whop have trouble moving their limbs start with Gentlest Yoga Level and in time are able to move on to Gentle Yoga with introduction to more stretches.
