What to bring to the Wellness Haven classes?
Yoga:
- Yoga mat even though we keep our own yoga mats spread out at the studio for structure. We do recommend that you bring your own mats for hygiene purposes; you will be able to spread your own mat on top of ours.
- A water bottle is recommended.
- Stretchy, breathable clothes.
- Your SMILE 🙂
Meditation/Pranayama/Mudra workshop:
- Comfortable clothes.
- Any pillow you might want for yourself, although we keep those at the studio as well.
